Job summary

Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QC/QA Executive to support quality control activities in the Food & Beverage industry.

The role will conduct laboratory and production-line testing to ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality and food safety standards, and to maintain accurate QC documentation. You will perform in-house QC lab tests (pH, fat analysis, acidity, solubility), conduct in-process checks, support audits, handle non-conformances, and coordinate external laboratory

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QAQC.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-house QC laboratory tests such as pH, fat analysis, acidity, solubility, wettability, scorched particles, and FOC.
• Conduct in-process quality checks by collecting production samples and recording results.
• Perform production floor, hygiene, GMP, environmental, and hand-swab inspections.
• Check raw material and finished-product COAs against specifications.
• Prepare R&D, trial, customer, and retention samples and coordinate testing with external laboratories.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, test results, QC records, and documentation accurately.
• Handle quality non-conformances, rejected materials, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support audits, SFA testing, export certification, and Halal documentation.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.
