Job summary

Prima Limited in Singapore seeks a QA/Documentation Specialist to manage customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001) and uphold GMP standards.

You will update SOPs and quality records, support production documentation controls, assist in training, and drive improvements across processes. Mandarin-speaking stakeholders are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food and Bio Technology/Science/Engineering or equivalent as an advantages.
• Min 2 years exp in Food Manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000
• Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and attend the customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, FSSC, 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal)
• Conduct investigation for internal and external complaints
• Responsible to update and maintain all the SOP(s), quality and safety documentation and revelant forms and records
• Provide support to all Production sections towards documentation implementation and controls
• Assist in training production staffs
• Take charge in Pest Control management, submit Waste Management report
• Participate in implementation of new area processes and improvements
