A leading aromatics company is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive based in Singapore. Plan, coordinate, and lead external audits related to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
Liaise with auditors, certification bodies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful audit outcomes.
Maintain audit documents and records in compliance with certification standards.
Develop, review, and implement QA policies, SOPs, and quality manuals.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality systems and operational efficiency.
Conduct staff training to ensure compliance with QA procedures and standards.
Conduct internal audits and supplier audits.
Prepare audit reports, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
Assess suppliers’ quality performance and support supplier development programs.
Perform quality-related risk assessments and propose risk mitigation plans.
Lead investigations into non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
Monitor CAPA effectiveness to ensure long-term improvements.
Keep updated with regulatory, certification, and industry requirements.
Support regulatory documentation, customer audits, and technical enquiries.
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in QA, preferably in food manufacturing or related industries.
Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, or other quality management systems.
Strong understanding of quality documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements.
Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
