Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations/Procurement professional to oversee sales orders, inventory, and supplier coordination. You will process orders, manage schedules, and liaise with Program Management on quotes to support production.

This full-time, permanent role is 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with a salary up to SGD 3,800 monthly. Walking distance from Bugis MRT, in the IT industry.

Qualifications

• Have 3 years relevant working experience.
• Have Nitec/Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers.
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement.
• Support NPI (FAI) activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
