Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement and inventory coordinator to handle customer orders, create sales and shop orders, and coordinate with program management for accurate quotes.

You will work with manufacturing to align equipment, manpower and workload, oversee warehouse and customer-site inventories, and drive cost and lead-time reductions while maintaining optimal stock levels. This full-time role requires a diploma or Nitec and at least three years of relevant

Responsibilities

• Support long-term contracts with the supply base.
• Oversee inventories in warehouse and at customer sites.
• Handle inquiries on product selection, pricing and quotes.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and expedite materials.
• Support NPI/FAI activities.
• Maintain inventory levels and minimize stock holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times.

Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement
• Support NPI (FAI) activities
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
