Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement and logistics professional to manage customer orders, coordinate quotes, and oversee inventory levels at warehouses and customer sites. The role involves supplier negotiations and supporting NP I activities.

You will respond to inquiries, issue POs, and ensure efficient workflow while maintaining strong cross-functional communication across teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Nitec or Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from customers and create sales orders.
• Coordinate with Program Management to provide quotes to customers.
• Manage inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites.
• Negotiate with suppliers to reduce costs and lead times.
• Support NP I activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries on prices and quotations.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and expedite as needed.

Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement
• Support NPI (FAI) activities
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
