Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time procurement professional in Singapore to manage customer orders, coordinate with program management for quotes, and oversee inventories across warehouse and customer sites. The role requires 3 years of relevant experience and a Nitec/Diploma.

Based near Bugis, you will handle supplier negotiations, expedite materials, support NPI activities, and drive cost and lead time reductions while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Have 3 years relevant working experience.
• Have Nitec/Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Coordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those Kanban part numbers.
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders; respond to inquiries about products, prices, quotes.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order and forecast; expedite material per shortages report.
• Support NPI (FAI) activities.
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and lead time reduction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.

• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.

• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers

• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.

• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement

• Support NPI (FAI) activities

• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.

• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction

• Perform other duties as requested by management.
