Job summary

ATOMRECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time procurement/order administrator to process customer orders, manage schedules, and coordinate with manufacturing for quotes. The role supports NPI activities and aims to sustain optimal inventory levels at warehouses and sites.

Requirements include 3+ years of relevant experience and a Nitec/ Diploma. The position involves negotiating with suppliers to reduce cost and lead times, with on-site duties at our Bugis-area facility in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Receive orders from Customers and create sales and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and manage order schedules.

• Discuss with Manufacturing on equipment, manpower, and workload.
• Maintain long-term contracts with suppliers and inventory across warehouse and customer sites.

Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material based on the shortages report generated to meet production requirement
• Support NPI (FAI) activities
• Maintain optimal inventory level and minimize inventory holding.
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
