Job summary

HMLY PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to strategize and negotiate with suppliers, aiming for best cost through effective sourcing and stock optimization. You will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, manage contracts, and ensure quality while adhering to cost-control policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Management and leadership skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and negotiate with suppliers to obtain cost-effective deals and reduce procurement expenses.
• Lead the purchasing process from supplier selection to stock optimization.

• Issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for delivery and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs.
