Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a customer service professional for a 6-month contract at our Ubi office. The position offers an hourly rate of $13 and standard office hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will be the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally, documenting interactions in our case management system, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or call-centre experience.
• O-Level / Higher NITEC qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Members of Public, handling enquiries professionally and confidently.
• Build understanding of customer needs, anticipate concerns, and deliver solutions with customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Provide clear explanations and take ownership of issues through effective follow-up and resolution.
• Accurately document all interactions in the designated case management system.
• Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction with Members of Public.
• Coordinate with internal POCs and external stakeholders to ensure timely case resolution and closure.
