Job summary

RecruitFirst Pte. Ltd is outsourcing to support a government project. Location is Ubi/Greenwich with a salary of SGD 13 per hour and a contract until end Dec 2026. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Sat/Sun, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, assist customers, and update records in the system. The role requires O Levels or Higher NITEC, customer service or call centre experience, and good communication with basic computer skills.
