Job summary

What You Will Be Working On

We are looking for a member of the programmes team, who is passionate about understanding and meeting the learning needs of Public Service leaders. In particular, you will:

• Diagnose needs, design & deliver learning interventions for different profiles of learners
• Partner & engage stakeholders (including senior leaders, external experts, HR officers) with empathy and professionalism to identify performance needs and co-create effective learning interventions in a timely manner
• Evaluate impact of learning interventions, using participant feedback and various sources of data, for future improvement
• Strengthen learning interventions and work processes by experimenting responsibly.

• No working experience required. Relevant internship or temporary experience in facilitation, leadership development, organisation development, learning needs analysis would be advantageous.
