Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Property Manager in Singapore to support a Centre Manager and coordinate all aspects of property operations. You will ensure compliance with policies, oversee regular inspections, and respond to tenant needs while managing rent collection and CAM charges.

The role requires a 2–5 year building manager background, strong organizational skills, and solid Microsoft Office proficiency. Singapore-based, full-time on-site position with CBRE’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of building manager experience.
• Ability to analyze problems and apply judgment using technical experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of property operations to meet client standards.
• Perform regular property inspections and approve maintenance and reconditioning.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and space walks and improvements.
• Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms; prepare legal notices as required.
