Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Property Manager to support a Centre Manager, coordinating all property aspects for a client. The role covers operations, inspections, rent collection, and tenant relations to ensure compliant service delivery.

You will analyze data for budgets and performance, maintain records, and explain variances. A degree plus 2–5 years building management experience is preferred; strong MS Office and math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of a building manager's experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills with knowledge of financial terms and principles.

Responsibilities

• Confirm that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
• Ensure regular property inspections occur. Recommend and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs, ensuring that issues get resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walk-through" spaces and tenant improvement department.
• Collect rent and pay expenses in compliance with lease terms. Prepare all required legal notices and coordinates legal action.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and Common Area Maintenance recovery charges.
• Forecasts management plans and prepares monthly performance, explaining variances.
• Gather data to provide information for the annual budget preparation process.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
