Job summary

CBRE Singapore is seeking a seasoned real estate transactions professional to manage a defined portfolio of properties for corporate clients. You will develop and implement portfolio-wide strategies, coordinate field resources, and drive profitable outcomes across acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and subleasing.

You will leverage strong negotiation and analytical skills to review financial templates, NPVs, and IRRs, while collaborating with Lease Administration, Project Management, and Finance

Qualifications

• Relevant college/university qualification is preferable.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; conducts advanced financial analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and provide advisory insights to clients.

Responsibilities

• Implements real estate plans aligned with client's strategic goals and manages project initiation and scope.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and sale terms for office, retail, land, and industrial properties.
• Coordinate broker resources and stakeholders; review proposed team resources for transaction execution.
• Prepare analyses and documents such as market reports, RFPs, LOIs, and broker opinions of value.
• Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and procurement of new properties to meet client timelines.
• Track transaction activity, prepare forecasts, and report savings results to clients.
• Ensure compliance with real estate agency requirements and CBRE policies.
