CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Centre Manager in Singapore to coordinate all aspects of a portfolio on behalf of a client, reporting to Property Management. You will lead a sizable on-site team, conduct inspections, manage tenant moves, and ensure compliance with leases and standards.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with responsibility for budgeting support and providing timely information to stakeholders.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of experience managing a team in a Mixed Development Building or similar.
• Ability to manage a large onsite team (executives, officers, technicians, admin).
• Knowledge of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyze solutions using experience to apply judgment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate service delivery to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contracts.
• Conduct regular property inspections; recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Manage tenant move-ins/outs and walk-through spaces with the tenant improvements team.
• Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms; prepare legal notices and coordinate actions.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and CAM recovery; support budgeting and variance explanations.
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports; explain variances.
• Gather data for annual budget prep; apply standard principles to tasks and problems.
