Job summary

TAN GUAN LEE COMPANY LIMITED is urgently seeking a Property Operations Executive in Singapore. This is a full-time, junior/entry-level role that involves hands-on management of property portfolios, tenant relations, and on-site inspections. The position requires travel between properties and a practical, proactive approach.

Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome. Training will be provided to develop skills in property maintenance, contractor coordination, and tenant management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.

• Facilities/Property Management qualifications are advantageous but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties and tenants.
• Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and tenant handovers.
• liaise with tenants, contractors and vendors on site and follow up on outstanding items.
• Help with lease renewal administration and vendor invoices.
