TAN GUAN LEE COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a practical, responsible Part-Time Property Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio in Singapore. The role blends office and on-site work, involving tenants, contractors, maintenance and inspections.

Approximately 3 days per week (about 24 hours). Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply as we value attitude and problem-solving ability over years of experience.

Formación

• Respond to tenant enquiries during working days.
• Coordinate maintenance and property-related matters.
• Conduct scheduled property inspections and move-in/move-out checks.
• Assist with simple administrative tasks related to utilities, service contracts, quotations and vendor invoices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant enquiries and operational requests during your working days.
• Follow up on maintenance and property-related matters.
• Coordinate appointments with tenants, contractors and vendors.
• Conduct scheduled property inspections.
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections.
• Handle key handovers and unit readiness.
• Follow up on outstanding property matters.
• Assist with simple administrative matters relating to utilities and invoices.
