Job summary

ASIA SYNC NETWORK PTE. LTD. seeks an onsite property support associate to document property conditions during handovers, identifying preexisting issues to protect clients and coordinating repairs with contractors.

You will visit a wide range of properties across Singapore and serve as a practical problem solver for day-to-day housing matters, keeping teams and tenants informed. The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires attention to detail, strong observation skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Must be detail oriented with strong observation skills.
Experience in customer service, operations, facilities or related roles is a plus but not required.
Minimum educational qualification: Secondary/O Level or equivalent. Open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

Attend handover appointments with sales agents and document property condition with photos and notes.
Identify and record preexisting issues to protect our corporate clients.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion.
Liaise with building management to resolve practical issues (access cards, defects, appliance issues, etc.).
Visit properties across Singapore, including condos, landed homes, and high-end residences.
Act as a practical problem solver for day-to-day housing matters and inform internal teams and tenants of progress.
