Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Solid experience in property or facilities management and knowledge of property regulations.
• Proven track record in Integrated Facilities Maintenance contracts management.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including clients and tenants

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties
• Lead a team in carrying out repair works and maintenance programs
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure top performance
• Implement inspection schedules and statutory compliance
• Support marketing and leasing strategies to improve occupancy
• Drive ESG initiatives and green certification processes
• Occasionally travel in the region for property supervision and projects
