About the role

This is a full-time Property Officer/Executive role within the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council. As a Property Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of public housing properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of public housing properties, including liaising with service providers and contractors
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries and feedback from residents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify areas for improvement or maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant by‑laws, regulations, and policies
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as town council staff and community partners, to enhance the overall living experience for residents
What we're looking for
  • Relevant diploma or degree in property management, real estate, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with residents
  • Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to handle a variety of property‑related issues
