Responsibilities

1. Manage all sub-contractors, supervise & coordinate Facility Management activities, and ensure all works adhere to legal regulations.
2. Check and respond to iCondo feedback and ensure closure daily.
3. Monitor all subcontractors’ performance (e.g, painting or repair works, etc.)
4. Facilitate incident investigation wherever necessary.
5. Follow up on issues identified that require inspection and investigation to ensure closure.
6. Prepare MA report for Council Meeting.
7. Prepare and arrange for the Council Meeting.
8. Ensure smooth operations on sites.
9. Ensure the Inventory record is updated.
10. Processing of Renovation works and house move applications; monitoring renovation and moving activities, and reporting irregularities to the manager.
11. Assist in doing renovation inspections during and upon completion and ensure everything is in order before the release of the deposit on hold.
12. Manage ad-hoc projects and any other assigned duties.
13. Invitation to quotes for ad-hoc works.
14. Assist the Managers in monitoring the term contractors.
15. Assist in preparing circulars and notices.
