Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Executive in Singapore to serve as the frontline representative for CBRE on site. You will oversee hard services delivery, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

You will support the Facilities Manager with asset inspections, condition assessments, and documentation, while coordinating cost estimates and vendor submissions. Strong MS Office skills and integrity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities / Building Management / M&E Engineering preferred with 3 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a Diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by SIFMA will have an added advantage.
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate high professional integrity by maintaining an objective, neutral, and collaborative approach to all workplace interactions.
• Possesses Fire Safety Manager and / or Environmental Control Coordinator(S) cert will have an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Act as site representative for hard services delivery, ensuring engineering, maintenance, and technical works meet safety, efficiency, and contractual standards.
• Support Facilities Manager in hard services operations: asset inspections, condition assessments, maintenance planning, technical docs, data uploads, cost estimates.
• Plan, assign, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of work orders, vendor submission accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Conduct routine and ad-hoc inspections of building systems and equipment (M&E), identify defects, coordinate rectification works, and ensure continuous reliability.
• Review maintenance data, asset performance reports, and service records to identify trends and implement improvements.
