Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is working with a major regional property developer to appoint a Property Manager in Singapore. The role focuses on overseeing daily building operations, vendor management, budgeting, and governance to maintain high service and safety standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Property Management or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant commercial property management experience, including involvement with security and cleaning providers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property Management or related discipline required.
• Experience with managing security, cleaning and maintenance service providers.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis and cost management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
• Manage outsourced security, cleaning and maintenance providers with SLAs and KPIs.
• Lead tender exercises, contract negotiations and procurement activities.
• Direct in-house security and cleaning teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare operating budgets and monitor expenses with variance analysis.
• Review monthly financial reports and assist in business case presentations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, risk management and safety policies.
• Develop SOPs and governance for building operations.
