• Ensure compliance with applicable property laws and BMSMA.
• Engage with government authorities and stakeholders on property matters.
• Lead and develop property management teams and conduct trainings.
• Handle correspondence and regulatory notifications.
• Drive process improvements and other duties as assigned.
