Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites a Facilities Manager to oversee daily building operations, supervise maintenance, and coordinate preventive and corrective works across commercial and institutional facilities in Singapore.

You will inspect properties, manage budgets, handle tenant feedback, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while coordinating with contractors and service providers. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Facilities or Estate Discipline from a recognised establishment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems, ACMV, fire protection, and building maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building or Facilities or Estate Discipline from a recognised establishment (with M&E or Building background preferred)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, or building management.
• Basic knowledge of M&E systems, ACMV, fire protection, and building maintenance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional facilities will be an advantage.
