Job summary

Re Source Partners Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Property Executive in Singapore to supervise maintenance work, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with service standards.

You will schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, inspect common areas, and manage residents’ feedback and arrears where needed. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management, with at least 3 years FM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple sites.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure repair and routine maintenance works by contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with contracts.
• Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
• Perform regular inspections and enforce standards in common areas, recommending necessary works.
• Manage residents/tenants’ feedback and arrears cases.
• Certify completion of jobs and recommend payment to contractors.
• Coordinate consultancy works on maintenance and obtain licenses/certificates from authorities where necessary.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns to prevent future occurrences.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

• Provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
• Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively
• Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary
• Manage and attend to residents/tenants’ feedback as well arrears cases
• Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof
• To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary
• Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
• Any other ad-hoc duties assignedbytheManager
