Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Property Executive (West) reporting to the Facilities Manager. You will supervise site staff and coordinate activities across the campus to deliver well-managed, safe, and compliant buildings.

Key duties include handover/takeover of units, site inspections, tenant fit-outs, contractor management, preventive maintenance, and 24/7 emergency support in line with client SOPs and tenancy agreements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' FM experience.
• Experience in tenant and contractor management.
• CERT (SIC) and First Aid trained or willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Hand over / take over of units.
• Carry out site inspections, including monthly night inspections.
• Liaise with tenants on fit-out works and issues.
• Supervise employees, subcontractors and contractors.
• Manage incidents, complaints, breakdowns and repairs.
• Provide engineering/technical assessments for troubleshooting.
