Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Property Executive (Expression of Interest) to support the facilities team at a designated campus. The role focuses on maintaining a well‑managed building, responding to tenant needs, and upholding health and safety standards with a strong emphasis on service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma in facilities management, building, business or other related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate with facility management.
• Hands-on skills in attending to faults, repairs, servicing, and emergency requests.
• Strong communication skills to update supervisors and document work activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge all work requests and update the CMMS with follow‑up actions within the required response times.
• Coordinate and supervise all works with the Term Contractors (TC) and ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the specified schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct building inspections twice a week for each Community Centre/Club/Building and submit the inspection report with photos.
• Plan and coordinate all necessary license renewal activities (ASD, Water Tank Cleaning) and submit ASD checklist to CMMS.
• Respond to incidents on site, coordinate with CC and contractors to recover services and minimize disruptions.
