Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Facility Management Executive to oversee daily operations across campus facilities, including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, and site services, in line with company policy and client directives.

Under the Facility Manager, you will coordinate maintenance, prepare cost reports and budgets, manage contracts and invoices, and ensure compliance logs and safety records are up to date.

Qualifications

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations per C&W policies.
• Supervise maintenance programs for interior and exterior areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from building occupants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures and purchase orders for the facility.
• Assist in capital budgets development including five-year maintenance plans and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to assess facility management objectives.
• Ensure familiarity with management contracts, vendor agreements, and requirements within them.
• Monitor tenant and vendor insurance compliance and coordinate claims as required.
• Proactively inspect the facility and report findings to the Facility Manager.
