Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Property Officer (West) to support the Facilities Manager in daily operations, renew term contracts, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health standards. The role includes coordinating Soft FM services and managing on-site inspections with in-house contractors.

You will assist in maintaining high-quality facilities, collate quarterly PPM schedules, conduct ground inspections, and drive defect rectifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Facility Management or Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant facility management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in daily operations and planning.
• Facilitate renewal of term contracts and maintain contract records.
• Coordinate Soft FM maintenance and supervise term contractors on-site.
• Ensure campus compliance with ISO procedures and safety standards.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports and coordinate with contractors for rectifications.
