Job summary

CTM Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable facilities coordinator to supervise subcontractors in maintenance services and to oversee vendors delivering equipment.

You will assist in implementing a quality maintenance program while ensuring compliance with government regulations through regular audits. The role also involves supporting minor projects or improvements, supervising repair and replacement works, preparing variations of works, and ensuring timely, contract-compliant

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline.
• CFMC Tier 4 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Subcontractors in maintenance services and vendors in equipment delivery.
• Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and ensuring compliance with government regulations through regular audits.
• Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works and supervise related repairs and replacements.
• Prepare and justify variations of works.
• Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management or client.

Education

Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline

CFMC Tier 4 certification preferred

Job description

• Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.
• Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of building and systems);
• Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works.
• Prepare and justify for variation of works; and
• Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements.
• Any other tasks as assigned by management or client.
  

Job requirements

• Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year' s relevant experience in property management environment.
• CFMC Tier 4 certification preferred
