Job summary

CTM Facilities Management Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Facilities/Engineering professional to lead maintenance operations across the premises. You will respond to complaints, oversee in-house landscape and general upkeep, and coordinate with contractors for cleaning, conservancy, horticultural work, and repairs.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in building, facilities or engineering with M&E background and has at least 5 years of facility management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in building, facilities or engineering with M&E background from a recognized establishment.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to complaints, feedback and service requests for technical and maintenance services.
• Coordinate with contractors to maintain common areas (cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, horticultural work).
• Supervise and manage in-house landscape maintenance workers.
• Inspect maintenance work completion with the client.
• Recommend and implement improvement works and cyclical projects.
• Source contractors and oversee approved works from Employer’s Preferred Vendor List.
• Handle incidents, complaints, breakdowns and repairs.
• Provide 24-hour support as first response to emergencies.

Job description

Job Scope:

• Attend to all complaints, feedback and service requests from the SO, tenants and/or members of public for technical and maintenance services.

• Coordinate with contractors to maintain the common areas such as cleaning, conservancy, landscaping, and horticultural work, etc.

• Supervise and manage in-house landscape maintenance workers.

• Inspection with client on maintenance work completion.

• Recommend and implement improvement works and cyclical projects.

• Source for contractors, calling of quotes from Employer’s Preferred Vendor List and oversee the carrying out of these works when approved.

• Dealing with incidents, complaints, breakdowns, and repairs.

• Provide 24-hour support. Function as the initial first response to emergency and be familiar and trained in the appropriate process and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• The PE shall possess at minimum a diploma in any discipline of building, facilities or engineering (with M&E background preferred) related disciplines from a recognized establishment with a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in facility management works.
