Job summary

Tate Projects PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interior Fitting Out professional to plan and oversee fitting out work on-site in Singapore.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, QS, and subcontractors, prepare construction drawings and method statements as required, and ensure safety and timely delivery of tasks. The role requires strong project coordination, documentation management, and the ability to drive deadlines while maintaining smooth project flow across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan fitting out schedule and oversee implementation at site
• Spearhead project team in meeting deadlines, monitoring task completion and ensuring smooth project flow
• Maintaining and organizing project documentation, including plans and business requirements
• Prepare construction drawings, technical proposal and method statements when required
• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, QS, fitting out team and subcontractors for project planning and execution
• Coordinate with carpenter team on carpentry detailing
• Ensure site safety and security
• Any other job duties as and when instructed by management
