Job summary

Merge O+R Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager/Coordinator to lead interior fit-out works for commercial projects in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate and execute projects, and manage schedules to ensure timely delivery.

In this role you will attend site meetings, supervise progress against specifications and budgets, report status, and collaborate with design teams, clients and contractors to achieve smooth handovers and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Building/Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior.
• Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
• Work closely with sales teams, clients, contractors / suppliers on issues that may arise
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
