Job summary

Inprodec Associates (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Executive to lead timelines, guide teams, and ensure every detail meets high standards of quality and design excellence.

You’ll coordinate with clients, designers, procurement, and construction teams to deliver fit-out projects on time and within budget, while maintaining thorough project documentation.

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or boutique interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, landlords, designers, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients, designers, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of fit-out projects—from concept to handover.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Verify and coordinate supplier and contractor quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
• Proactively manage risks, scope changes, and on-site challenges for smooth execution.
• Ensure designs, works, and approvals meet landlord, authority, and safety regulations.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring workmanship quality, timeline adherence, and safety standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation—contracts, meeting notes, reports, and cost tracking.
• Lead with confidence and foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
