Job summary

NAM HONG BUILDERS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support the Contract Team in planning and execution of interior fit-out projects. You will prepare baseline programmes, project execution and logistics plans, coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors, and ensure timely submission of samples, drawings, and long lead items while maintaining tight schedules.

Strong MS Office, MS Project and Primavera skills are essential, as is the ability to read architectural

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma holder or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Able to work independently under tight schedules.
• Able to read architectural and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Execution Plan, Logistic Plan, Site Utilisation Plan, QAQC Plan.
• Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors to establish lead time and necessary information.
• Liaise with suppliers and sub contractors for samples submission.
• Prepare long lead time materials lists.
• Coordinate with Project Team in producing Baseline Programme / Construction Programme using MS Project.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.
