Job summary

SINGAPORE CRRC PUZHEN RAILWAY VEHICLES SERVICE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced professional to lead overall technical management for design, construction, testing and commissioning, and O&M preparation.

You will coordinate design schemes, reviews, and T&C; oversee operation and maintenance documentation and archives; and provide on-site technical support aligned with contract and Singapore standards. You will also drive quality, safety and cost-saving measures, plan site layouts, and ensure

Responsibilities

• Technical Overall Management: be responsible for overall technical management of design, construction, testing & commissioning and O&M preparation; organise implementation of technical solutions for design, construction and T&C.
• Design Management: organise preparation and implementation of project design, construction and T&C technical schemes; organise technical design, design review and design coordination meetings; review design schemes and drawings and complete design freeze.
• O&M & Technical Documentation: organise preparation of operation and maintenance schemes; complete technical documents and records, inspection/acceptance and handover; manage technical archives and as-built documents.
• Construction Technical Support: provide site technical support and guide professional technical personnel; coordinate with commercial manager for settlement; ensure timely settlement and technical compliance.
• Quality & Technical Measures: organise monthly or key-activity quality, safety and cost-saving technical measure plans; organise site layout planning including water, power, fabrication yard, warehouse, office and rest areas.
• Inspection, Interface & Compliance: organise quality inspection and quality assessment, pre-completion inspection and participate in completion acceptance; manage design/construction interfaces; ensure compliance with contract, Singapore standards, BIM/EIR, DfS and S.O. requirements.
