Job summary

ADVANCED INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. invites an experienced project professional to lead planning, scheduling and resource allocation for complex projects in Singapore.

You will define master schedules, set milestones and manage manpower, equipment and logistics to meet critical deadlines. On-site coordination, testing and commissioning, cost control and safety compliance form the core of this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop master project schedules, set key milestones, and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, logistics).
• Supervise on-site installation activities, review shop drawings, and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee Customer's Acceptance Tests and system integration checks to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor project expenditures, manage procurement status, process claims, and handle out-of-scope variation works.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and quality standards.
• Act as the main link between clients, consultants, management, and technical teams through regular progress meetings
