Job summary

Soon Bee Huat Trading Pte Ltd in Singapore invites a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the building materials sector. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and lead project coordination from quote to delivery.

With 2–3 years of experience, strong negotiation and project management skills, you will work closely with contractors, architects and developers to ensure successful project outcomes at client sites.

Qualifications

• Need class 3 Singapore Driving License.
• Need at least 2 or 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the building materials sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including contractors, architects and developers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Attend tender interviews, site meetings as required.
• Oversee and manage tile/stone projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for ongoing projects.
• Work closely with the procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's building materials products and services.
• Prepare & process order related documents: quotations, invoices etc. and ad hoc admin tasks.
