Job summary

Sing Lee Corporation Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Executive (Sales) to manage construction project sales from enquiry to award and payment follow-up. You will coordinate with main contractors, customers and operations teams, prepare quotations and support commercial negotiations.

The role combines office-based commercial work with site visits and customer meetings. Candidates should have a relevant Singapore-recognised Diploma or Degree and driving licence, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizens or PR.
• Diploma from BCA Academy or a relevant Singapore-recognised Diploma or Degree.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related disciplines are preferred.
• Relevant construction industry experience will be an advantage.
• Able to understand construction drawings and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Source, receive and follow up on construction project enquiries and opportunities.
• Liaise with main contractors, customers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Attend customer meetings and conduct project/site visits when required.
• Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications and scope of works.
• Coordinate internally on project requirements, proposed methodology, resources and costing.
• Prepare and submit quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and assist in commercial negotiations.
• Follow through on project confirmation, purchase orders, letters of award and contractual documentation.
• Coordinate the commercial handover of awarded projects to the Project Operations team.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Prepare and follow up on variation quotations and additional works.
• Coordinate progress claims, supporting documents and claim certification.
• Liaise with Accounts on invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, awarded projects, claims and sales activities.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with existing and potential customers.

About the role

The role involves office-based commercial work as well as customer meetings and site visits, working closely with customers and our Project Operations team.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
• Diploma from BCA Academy, or a relevant Singapore-recognised Diploma or Degree.
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or related disciplines are preferred.
• Relevant construction industry experience will be an advantage.
• Able to understand construction drawings and project documentation.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially minded with an interest in construction project sales.
• Organised, responsible and able to follow through on commercial matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Must own a car for work-related travel.

Salary & Vehicle Arrangement

S$3,500 - S$5,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience and capability. Salary is inclusive of car allowance and all work-related vehicle expenses.
