Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive (Building Materials) to drive new business and manage customer accounts from our Ubi Crescent base. You will meet customers, propose passive fire protection and building-material solutions, and prepare quotes and proposals to convert opportunities.

You'll nurture relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and project stakeholders, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams, and pursue sales targets while leveraging our car

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in building materials, construction or technical products is an advantage.
• Able to learn technical product information and meet sales targets.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a car for visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage leads and customer accounts.
• Meet customers to understand requirements and recommend passive fire protection and building-material solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents and follow up on opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations and support specification and approval processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate terms, handle inquiries and close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service.
• Monitor sales activities, follow up on payments and achieve targets.

Job description

• Position : Sales Executive (Building Materials)
• Location : Ubi Crescent, Ubi Techpark
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.00pm
• Flexible work arrangements for external customer meetings and site visits
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Salary Up to $4,000 + $1,500 Monthly Car Allowance + Performance Bonus + Company-Paid Season Parking + Company Mobile Phone + 14–21 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
