Job summary

LES TECH BUILDING MATERIALS PTE. LTD. is hiring a frontline Sales Associate to attend to walk-in customers, provide product knowledge, and process invoices and payments. You will arrange deliveries and handle after-sales inquiries, ensuring prompt resolutions.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a willingness to learn. English proficiency is required; six days work rotation including public holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Walk-in customers experience; strong communication and product knowledge are required.
• Ability to process sales invoices, arrange deliveries and collect payments.
• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales matters, ensuring timely resolutions.

What do we do?

We provide building materials products such as top quality of stone and tile materials for all building and construction needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product.
• Create sales invoices, arrange delivery orders and take in payments from customers.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Follow up on due payments from customers.
• Manage display items as directed by manager.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred

• Prior experience in industry is an advantage.
• Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers' matters.
• Good team-player, has a pleasant personality and willingness to learn more on the job.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays.
• Must have English proficiency as our systems and documents are in English.
