Job summary

Pan-united Concrete Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Sales Executive to grow our building materials business in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day sales activities, handle inquiries, prepare quotations and respond to customer feedback.

You will plan tactical sales actions to meet targets, create new contacts, and provide technical sales and marketing support while monitoring market trends and competitors. On-site work at Singapore locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical sales or customer service experience in building materials/construction.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Class 3 driving license with own vehicle.
• Willingness to work on construction sites or dusty environments.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• At least 3 years of technical sales or customer service experience in the building materials/ construction industry preferred
• Experience in project management and managing relationships with external stakeholders
• A strong team player with excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Possess a Class 3 Driving Licence with own vehicle
• Willingness to work in a construction site or dusty environment
