Job summary

THE WOODCRAFTERS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a sales-oriented professional in Singapore to engage with developers, architects, designers and builders. The role requires travel to meet potential clients and to visit existing accounts, and involves canvassing leads, responding to inquiries, preparing quotes and negotiating contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in Construction related industry.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day sales activities including canvassing for new leads and attending inquiries.
• Prepare and follow up quotations/tenders; negotiate sales contracts.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers.
• Manage Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care.

Job Description & Requirements

• A 'People' person, enjoys interacting and actively seeking out and can establish a good working relationship with developers, architects, designers and builders etc
• This position requires traveling to pay visits to potential clients &/or clients
• Execute day-to-day sales activities including canvassing for new leads, attending sales inquiries, preparation and follow-up of quotations/ tenders, and negotiation of sales contracts
• Result Oriented, Plan and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers
• Fully responsible for all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care and ensure zero bad debts
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the Construction related Industry; Fresh graduate with an excellent positive attitude may be considered
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitors is an added advantage
• Working location (West – Pioneer Area)
• ONLY Singaporean/ PR may apply

Other information

• Possessed Class 3 Driving License & own a car is an advantage
