Job summary

DURKEE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is looking for a Project Sales Executive to drive business opportunities in the Singapore construction sector from its Kaki Bukit location.

You will manage client relationships, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time. The role requires 2+ years in project sales within building materials or related industries, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Building, Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
• Minimum 2 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction equipment.
• Solid understanding of Singapore construction tendering and contract processes.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage project-based sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel for regular customer visits.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including developers and main contractors.
• Promote building materials and technical solutions to project customers.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets with regular forecasting.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events.
