Job description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior fit out works (commercial project)
• Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections
• Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
• Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
• Work closely with design team, clients and contractors on timely project handover

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture/Building/Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in fit-out projects and corporate office interior.
• Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
• Work closely with sales teams, clients, contractors / suppliers on issues that may arise
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to meet deadlines and deliver results.
