As a Project Manager, he/she is responsible for all Operations & Support (O&S) projects in the division and expected to assist the Manager in ensuring the success of in these projects.

Be Part of Our Success

• Project Management. Responsible for overseeing the project management and execution of the O&S projects. Ensure timely delivery of the project deliverables.

• Team Management. Responsible for managing O&S Teams, ensuring sufficient manpower, and to build and sustain competency to meet requirements of project deliverables.

• Resource Management. Manage and oversee resources required for the O&S projects e.g. fundings, spares, maintenance facilities, tools, support from vendors.

• Stakeholder Management. Understand customers’ requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise and coordinate with customer and vendors, deconflict training and works on the ground.

• Finance / Budget Management. Oversee the budget and spending of the project and ensure timely submission of finance / procurement documents such as Certificate of Completion (COC), Request for Billing (RFB), Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and ensure Goods Receipt (GR) upon receipt of delivery of goods and services.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the O&S Manager.
