Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise observability and monitoring transformation across the organization in Singapore. You will drive Dynatrace adoption, integrate with ServiceNow ITSM, and coordinate cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years IT experience and 5+ years in project management, with strong governance, risk, budgeting and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology, infrastructure or transformation programs.
• Proven experience managing observability, monitoring, infrastructure, cloud or IT operations projects.
• Hands-on project management experience involving Dynatrace, ServiceNow, enterprise monitoring or observability platforms.
• Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM, Incident Management, Event Management and Service Reliability.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Strong skills in project governance, risk management, budgeting, resource planning and executive communication.
• Experience working in regulated industries, preferably banking or financial services.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of observability and monitoring transformation projects.
• Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
• Track project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Provide project dashboards, status reports and executive updates.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business, operational and regulatory requirements.
• Drive implementation and adoption of enterprise observability capabilities using Dynatrace and other monitoring solutions.
• Establish observability standards, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Coordinate monitoring onboarding across applications, infrastructure, cloud, databases, middleware and network environments.
• Ensure adequate monitoring coverage, service visibility and operational readiness.
• Drive adoption of observability best practices across technology teams.
• Manage initiatives integrating Dynatrace with ServiceNow ITSM, Event Management, CMDB and Service Mapping.
• Coordinate automated incident management and event correlation capabilities.
• Align observability solutions with ITSM processes and operational workflows.
• Drive improvements in event management, incident reduction, service reliability and operational efficiency.
• Establish governance standards for alert management, event handling and escalation.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, service management teams and vendors.
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives, technical requirements and operational needs.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, project reviews and status meetings.
• Manage vendor deliverables, engagements and service commitments.
• Coordinate effectively with regional and global teams.
• Establish project governance, KPIs, success metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project health, risks, issues, milestones and benefits.
• Support business cases, investment justification and value realization tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, security and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Develop change management strategies for observability transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive adoption of monitoring standards and service management processes.
• Support transition-to-operations and operational readiness activities.
• Track adoption and business benefits realization.
