Job summary

NCS is seeking a Senior SRE/Platform/Observability Engineer to implement and manage the Dynatrace observability platform across hybrid cloud environments in Singapore. You will work with DevOps and ITSM tooling to ensure high availability, performance, and optimal user experience for enterprise applications.

You will configure agents and dashboards, define alerts and SLOs, and leverage Dynatrace AI for root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years IT experience.
• Dynatrace Associate or Professional Implementation Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Dynatrace OneAgents across environments.
• Set up synthetic monitoring and RUM for enterprise apps.
• Define alerting, dashboards, and SLOs for performance visibility.
• Monitor multi-tier apps, cloud services, and databases.
• Integrate Dynatrace with DevOps tools (CI/CD) and ITSM.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on observability strategy.
• Automate onboarding and monitoring workflows via APIs.
• Provide performance best-practices guidance.
